We are looking for french language professionals passionate about helping others, to join our multicultural team based in New Delhi, India. The role requires excellent customer skills, as you will be the first point of contact, providing advice and support to our customers located globally.
French Customer service job summary
- Obtaining customer information through excellent communication skills via email or Live Chat support.
- Keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensive way using our case management system
- Strong understanding of the importance of data protection and adherence to process when handling Personally Identifiable Information
- Coordination skills to liaise with other globally located team to make necessary arrangements
- An empathetic customer-centric approach to meet customer needs
To succeed in the role, you will need:
Excellent written, spoken English and good IT skills
Ability to multi-task, coordinate and prioritise work load effectively
Desirable language skills in French
Previous international exposure /customer service/call centre experience would be an added advantage
