German Language Speaker – Ecommerce Support

Job Description
Ability to follow defined processes for customer support like Email support, LIVE Chat Support, Inbound/Outbound Call support and able to problem solve when situations arise outside of the defined processes.
- Experience of working in a customer service/support team
- Maintenance of daily & weekly tickets
- Update customer portal systems and/or internal systems.
- Should be hard working to achieve goals each month
This role involves assisting customers who shop online.
Responsibilities include
- answering inquiries, resolving issues,
- processing orders, returns, damaged ítems, and providing product support
- provide Order information. Communication channels include phone, email, and chat.
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and product knowledge are essential for success in this role.
Required Profile
- Should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Support
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
- Follow up on raised tickets and do regular follow-up about any open complaints
- Should be Flexible with shifts
- Should have Excellent customer service skills
- Should be initiative, creative and consistent to achieve target
