ECOMMERCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION

As an E-commerce Customer Support specialist, one must possess the ability to navigate various platforms efficiently, respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, and adeptly handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintenance of daily & weekly progress
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Should be hard working to achieve production goals each month

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should know any foreign language be it European, South East Asian or Middle East Language
  • 1-2 years experience in customer support
  • Should be Flexible with shifts
  • Should have Excellent client service skills
  • Should be initiative, creative and consistent to achieve target
