PROBLEM DEFINITION An individual businessman was trying to establish its roots in the Japanese market. But before doing that he required some primary web-based market research information about the business markets in Japan. One of the major challenges for him was to overcome the language barrier as he could neither read, write, or understand the Japanese language. Therefore it was difficult for him to access the websites of similar businesses in Japan to draw the required information related to his business opportunities in the Japanese business market. The entire research procedure required fetching relevant information on the basis of specific keywords and compiling the same into an excel sheet in an easily comprehensible format. Inability to understand the information provided in Japanese on the business website of the competitors was a major bottleneck for the businessmen. Not just he wanted to fetch the information to analyze the market opportunities for the growth of his business but also wanted the same to be effectively formatted in a presentable manner for future reference.
