The French E-commerce Customer Support will be responsible for communicating with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide customer support for e-commerce products and services. The support may include order tracking, product information, refund issue and technical issue resolution.

Job Description
Solve customer issue by E-mail, Live and phone support. Should be able to provide solution to their queries.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintenance of daily & weekly progress
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Should be hard working to achieve production goals each month
Required Profile
- Should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- B2B & B2C sales experience
- 1-2 years experience in customer support
- Should have previous experience on customer support
- Should be Flexible with shifts
- Should have Excellent client service skills
- Should be fluent in French language
- Should be initiative, creative and consistent to achieve target
